MFA security solutions were recommended to us by a friend, when we needed to upgrade our burglar alarm system. His quote was given quickly, he gave good, honest advice, and he listened carefully to our requirements, matching these exactly with the new system which he installed. I am particularly happy with the remote control fob which allows me to control the alarm from upstairs. The cost of our system was very reasonable too.
Martyn was very accommodating to my busy schedule when arranging appointments to come to the house, and was also happy to answer lots of questions from my children about what he was doing, as he worked. He was happy to spend time ensuring that I understood the controls properly, and explained everything clearly and patiently. Everything was well installed, with a neat finish, and Martyn spent time to clear up the areas he had been working in.
We have taken out an annual maintenance contract, and feel reassured to know that MFA Security Solutions will be available should there be any future problems, and also for annual servicing.
